2019 – What a year!
Firstly, we would like to wish all our clients, followers and friends a very Happy New Year and wish you all the best for the year ahead.
2019 has been incredible for Shellie Wall Photography and we would like to thank everyone who booked with us and made it so special.
Over the past year, Shellie has held 166 sessions in her gorgeous, purpose built studio! As well as training 4 other photographers in the art of safe newborn posing.
We have welcomed a whopping 100 newborns to the studio ( including three sets of twins and a set of triplets)
We have celebrated the Bumps of 15 ladies at their maternity sessions.
We have done 24 portrait sessions, including cake smashes, Keep it simple sessions, Mummy and Me’s and Goddess sessions.
21 magical Christmas sessions were held.
And perhaps the most special of all, continuing with our Sunshine and Rainbows sessions, set up last year to offer free sessions to children suffering from life threatening or life limiting illnesses we had 13 brave and beautiful children visit to capture memories to last forever, as well as receiving stunning gift boxes to treasure.
Shellie has had her work published in numerous publications and papers, has won ‘featured photographer’ for many of her gorgeous images, won first place in several competitions and for the second year running won Photographer of the year for The Parent and Baby show awards. Whilst winning awards and being published isn’t essential to be an amazing photographer, we here at Shellie Wall Photography believe that entering competitions and striving towards perfection means she can offer you, the client, the best of herself. She is always looking for new ways to improve and offer a unique quality to images, rather than stagnate and get stuck in a rut. After all, you book a newborn photographer to capture the images you aren’t able to, that Shellie’s 10 years experience and constant refreshing of her skills, props and studio allows. We leave you to get the candid images of your newborn, Shellie captures the beautifully posed, polished and professional images befitting her skills and experience.
As if all the above hasn’t been enough , Shellie has also attended and displayed at Parent and Baby shows and events, done headshots and branding sessions for a variety of small businesses, done a charity auction to raise money for Sunshine and Rainbows and held several competitions over the course of the year for various good causes.
Going into 2020, Shellie’s ambitions are to continue offering the same first class service whilst always looking to go that extra mile – hunting out new, gorgeous props , trying unique ideas to make your images your most treasured possessions for years to come. We also intend to continue and grow the Sunshine and Rainbows sessions, helping as many families as possible with the gift of beautiful images. This will include more fundraising and many, many more sessions.
